Enjoy Oysters Valentines made with premium New York that are delicately draped with a chile-lemon-horny goat weed gelèe, A King Neptune King Crab roll made with nori, cream cheese, wild grains and quinoa and Precious Pearls which are potatoes stuffed with caviar, saffron foam and horny goat weed.
Course Two – The Picnic features a refreshing vinaigrette of sweet tangerines, ginger and honey drizzled over a salad of morning picked Freedom House Farm greens, sprouts and spicy almonds stuffed into a delicately woven tomato basket.
Course Three – The Love Nest is composed with spicy butter poached Chilean sea bass, shrimp,scallops and snow peas served with a ginger roasted red pepper cream sauce in a crisp taro root nest
Course Four – The Kamasutra boasts medallions of duck breast infused with ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, clove and honey wine served with ginger sweet potato puree and asparagus.
Course Five – Un Amanti Bacio Chocolate finishes the night with a delicate tart filled with fresh strawberry compote, a dark chocolate ganache, fresh berries and strawberry ice cream bonbons.
